There are 3 main areas of study in Administration & IT.

Pupils will achieve a Higher qualification on the completion of an IT assignment and a written theory exam.
SQA Assignment: 58% of final grade and assesses your knowledge of the Practical elements of the course. You will carry out a range of tasks contributing to the planning of an event - Spreadsheets, Databases, Word Processing along with PowerPoint and E-Diary/E-mail. Generally completed before the exam diet in May. Written Question Paper: 42% of final grade. This is a written paper assessing pupils' knowledge of the theory aspects of the course. This exam is held within the May exam diet. |
GLOW
GLOW gives pupils access to a range of groups and materials to help them revise. They can also use this to practice E-mail and E-Diary tasks. Please ask your class teacher if you cannot log in to GLOW or you can use the following Form. |
