The Chess Club meets every Monday lunchtime in Mr Whyte's Maths classroom. The club provides an opportunity for pupils of all ages to enjoy playing chess in a relaxed and informal environment.  Skills are developed, new friends made, and, naturally, a little bit of competition and (friendly) rivalry creeps in!
You may have seen chess played in tense silence.  Not in our Chess Club!  
​Pupils are invited to bring their lunch and have lots of laughs while they play.
